Purchasing

Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Purchasing (Procurement Services) is delegated as the central authority for buying goods used by all departments and agencies. Staff works to support the development and expansion of local manufacturing by purchasing local products when feasible and economically viable.

Vendors are urged to make their products known to Purchasing by completing and forwarding the Commodities Vendor Index ( 19KB).
