Aviation

The Aviation Branch operates and maintains 4 airports and 25 aerodromes. It also manages the Yukon Community Aerodrome Radio Station (CARS) program on behalf of NAV CANADA.

The Community Aerodrome Radio Stations (CARS) program provides aircraft landing and takeoff aerodrome information, radio communications, flight planning assistance and weather observations at eight airports/aerodromes.

The Airside Vehicle Operators Program (guide) contains the information necessary to obtain authorization to operate motor vehicles on airside at ENWIA. 

Permits to operate motor vehicles on Apron II and Taxiway Golf  are also available. (A2G).

The Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) application  to access the restricted areas at ENWIA is available from the Pass Control Office.
