Upcoming Highway/Road Construction Work

Construction/Maintenance

During our construction season (roughly May - October) we post regular forecasts to let people know about future planned highway/road/bridge construction work that is not currently reflected through 511yukon.ca.

Construction forecasts will be posted again during the 2017 season.

Bituminous Surface Treatment (BST)

BST Forecast (Updated July 15, 2016)

BST is a treatment used on low volume, gravel roads to reduce dust and to act as an inexpensive paved surface.

BST is being continually upgraded throughout the territory throughout the summer months. Find out whether there is BST work going on where you are.

Important: These schedules are subject to change and will be updated throughout the summer season. Only current road work is posted on 511yukon.ca. Please refer to the schedules above for future road work
