Whitehorse Airport Passengers:

We are gearing up for another busy summer at the airport.

Summer season means more people travelling and more congestion in the terminal and parking areas.

You will also notice airport improvements are well underway throughout the airport terminal. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve your airport.

Here are some airport travel tips:

Arrive early

  • Domestic flights – arrive 90 minutes prior to departure
  • International flights – arrive 2 hours prior to departure

Picking passengers up

  • Try not to arrive too early to avoid traffic congestion. You can see the status of a flight by checking our Arrivals page.
  • You are more than welcome to park in the day-use area – the first hour is absolutely free!
  • Please remember, the drop-off zone in front of the airport terminal is for immediate drop-off and pick-up only.
